bullnosing tile

Hi Mark,
I purchased the Bosch 5" grinder so I have all the tools to start the bullnosing. Where do I start? I know to start with the router bit, then what polishing disc do I use and (http://maplered.com) how exactly do I go about the bullnosing? All your information has really helped me tackle this job. I appreciate your knowledge. Now it's crunch time. When I start with the polishing discs please explain the progression to the finished polished tile. I have a table set up so I can do several Tiles (http://www.g682.net) at the same time by locking them all together with blocks. I look forward to your answer.
